What sets us apart is that our leadership team isn’t just behind the platform—we’re part of it. All three of our founders are active tutors ourselves. We've experienced the joys and challenges of teaching first-hand, which gives us deep insight into what students truly need and what tutors value most. Having said that, this doesn't mean that being open-minded is easy. Being open to new ideas and experiences can sometimes lead to confusion and has its limit when we learn new things that conflict with existing beliefs.
